Q: What Shipping Methods are available?

A: At Check out choose from 4 options:

• In-Store Pick up - For Local Tri-Cities Customers Only. Ready for Pick up at The Wet Palette Studio1001 Wright Ave, Richland, WA 1-2 Business days after order is received BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
• USPS Ground - Delivery 6-9 business days after the package leaves our facility
• USPS Priority 2-Day - Delivery 2 business days after the package leaves our facility
• USPS Priority Express 1-Day - Delivery 2 business days after the package leaves our facility

Q: When will my order leave the facility after received?

PROCESSING TIME - Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to process in the warehouse before shipping. If you require speedier service, please select RUSH (Same Day Processing) during checkout or contact a customer service representative beckybrice@me.com to discuss expedited shipping options.

Q: How does In-Store Pick up work?
